1、How to load paper in the printer?
Different brands and models of printers have different structures, but the basic operation methods are similar. You can refer to this process for operation.
1.1 Roll paper installation1）Press the top cover pin to open the top cover of the printer, use your hand to open the roll paper holder, put the roll paper on the fixed position on the roll paper holder, and press down the roll paper holder fixing lock.2）Slowly pull out a little more paper, pass the paper through the middle of the jam position, adjust the distance between the jam positions according to the width of the paper, and then pull the paper a little to the outside of the printer.3）Finally, gently press the top cover bracket lock inward, close the top cover of the printer, and press the top cover down appropriately to prevent the printer from being unable to print because the cover is not properly closed.
1.2 Folding paper installation1）Press and hold the top cover to open the top cover of the printer, place the folded paper on the back of the printer, open the folded paper, and insert the paper from the paper inlet at the back of the printer;2)Open the appropriate width of the roll paper holder by hand, press the roll paper holder fixing lock, and pass the folded paper through the middle of the card position post, and then pull the paper a little to the outside of the printer;3)Finally, gently press the top cover bracket lock inward, close the top cover of the printer, and press the top cover down appropriately to avoid the printer being unable to print because the cover is not properly closed.
2、What should I do if the paper jams during printing?Check whether the print head has glue or dirt, if so, wipe it with an alcohol pen, remove the wrinkled paper, and replace it with a new one.
3、The printed content is blurred?Turn on the computer start button, select the device and terminal printer, find your own printer driver, right-click-print preferences advanced-density adjustment, adjust the print density and then test the print.
4、What should I do if the printed content isn’t centered on the printing paper, offset left and right or up and down?Open the computer start button, select the device and printer, find your own printer driver, right-click–printing preferences–advanced–horizontal offset or vertical offset.If the printed content is offset left and right, modify the horizontal offset, if the content is offset up and down, modify the vertical offset.
5、Printing express bill always prints 1 sheet, blank 1 sheet, how to do?If this happens, the printer may be inaccurately positioned. Please check whether the position of the upper and lower detectors of the printer is correct, and then check whether the paper type is set to the correct paper type. Generally, the express order is label paper, and some customers may set it to black label paper.
